Revitalizing Crème

I have a big family: my parents, my sister, my lovely husband and our little son and our dear cat Thomas. And we are all life in a big house. There is always overcrowded in our house and it is very funny to live together.

Not for a long time my dear little sister Nicole have decided to make a surgery operation to her nose. For the fast recovering her doctor advised her to buy special crème for such purposes and she bought it. My little son Kevin, he is six years old, likes to play different tricks over all members of our family. And he decided to play trick over his favorite aunty Nicole. Once upon a time when she went for a walk, Kevin entered her room, found the jar with recovering cream and changed it to a usual sour cream. The surgery crème he put to another tube and hid into his room. When Nicole returned back she put on her revitalizing crème on her face on the nose area and went for a bad. She always uses it before going to bed. That day she was very tired and she didn't mention exchange. Half an hour had not elapsed when she woke up. She felt that someone licked her face. This someone slurped ? purred. She was so terrible that she scared to open her eyes and look at this being. With a loud scream she stood up and switched on the light. As it found out, it was our dear Thomas, who adores sour cream. Of course, it was Kevin who brought Thomas in Nicole's room. She screamed so loudly that everybody run to her room. We stood surprisingly and couldn't understand what was happen. Only Kevin knew everything and laughed silently. As people say, you cannot hide a cat in a bag. When Nicole explained everything we understood that it was Kevin's trick. And when he returned to Nicole her real cream I punished him. And now he doesn't enter his aunt's room.
